DoorLoop is all-in-one property management software: accounting, leasing, maintenance, payments and owner and tenant portals on one platform, with AI agents on the higher plans. This DoorLoop review is written for the owner of a few rentals who wants to know whether its feature list is worth its price at that size. Plan-by-plan cost detail is on the DoorLoop pricing page.

What is DoorLoop?

Every plan runs "All of DoorLoop's core features: accounting, leasing, maintenance, payments and more," with "Unlimited users, unlimited document storage and full API access" (DoorLoop). The plans differ in how much work DoorLoop's AI agents take on. Connect adds a Receptionist Agent that "answers tenant texts, calls, and portal messages around the clock" (DoorLoop), plus "Free incoming ACH payments" and VIP support (DoorLoop); Multiply adds a Maintenance Ops Agent and a Lease Renewal Agent (DoorLoop).

DoorLoop Connect$4.00 a unit$299Adds Receptionist Agent, VIP supportFree incoming ACH
DoorLoop Multiply$5.00 a unit$399Adds maintenance and lease renewal agentsFree incoming ACH

From DoorLoop's pricing page, read November 2, 2026. DoorLoop shows yearly-billing prices by default and says yearly billing saves "up to 25%"; monthly billing is $3.00, $4.80 and $6.00 a unit, with minimums of $239, $359 and $479 (page source).

Verdict for a small landlord: DoorLoop is capable software priced for portfolios of 80 units or more. Below that you pay the minimum whatever your size: $199 a month on yearly billing ($239 billed monthly), so 5 units cost $39.80 each a month. A small landlord gets most of the same jobs done for a fraction of that elsewhere.
